Campus Movement Protocol

The protocol has been developed by East Delta University to ensure a consistent and effective approach for keeping everyone at campus safe and healthy once it reopens for academic purposes.

The University has taken the following measures for the students who want to join us on Campus. (This is alos applicable for all the personnel of East Delta University)

  • Taking the temperature of everyone (at EDU gatehouse) who enters the University building

  • Maintaining physical/social distance guidelines as recommended by the relevant health authorities and reducing the headcount capacity in classrooms

  • Sterilizing the building, classrooms, laboratories and other facilities regularly, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and World Health Organization (WHO)

  • Organizing and managing the students’ working day to avoid high concentrations of students in one place.

  • Limiting gatherings and suspending group activities in students’ activity areas, classrooms, canteen, labs etc.

  • Reducing bus capacity to 30% and maintaining social distancing in the buses

Students may choose an option from the following to attend their classes this Spring 2021:

  1. Fully online

  2. Blended (online + physical presence)

We ask you to consult with the Deans and Coordinators, Faculty Members, and Parents to determine how best to accommodate you in the academic operation of the University. You have the flexibility to continue distance learning or choose alternative modes of learning. Please note that you and your parents must sign a contract acknowledging and accepting whichever choice you would make.

We appreciate the strength, resilience and devotion you continue to show to the University community.
